These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pet Pass ID website, products, digital profiles, related services, and any content, features, or tools made available through the website and connected services operated under the Pet Pass ID brand.
By accessing the website, purchasing a Pet Pass ID product, creating an account, registering a tag, or using any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or the services.

In these Terms, “Pet Pass ID”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Clickme Kft.
Pet Pass ID provides smart pet identification products and related digital services, including but not limited to NFC and QR-based pet tags, online profile registration, and profile management tools.
The purpose of the service is to help make important pet and owner information accessible when a Pet Pass ID tag is scanned or otherwise accessed through its linked profile.
Pet Pass ID is a support tool only. It does not guarantee that:
a lost pet will be found,
a found pet will be returned,
a profile will always be accessed successfully,
a scanner will contact the owner,
or a pet will receive any specific medical or veterinary care.
The service depends in part on third-party factors outside our control, including internet access, phone compatibility, QR scanning capability, NFC functionality, hosting infrastructure, and user-entered data.
To use certain features of the service, you may need to create an account and register a Pet Pass ID tag.
By registering an account or tag, you represent and warrant that:
the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete,
you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement,
you will keep your account credentials confidential,
and you will update your information without undue delay if it changes.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that contain false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable content, or that violate these Terms.
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All prices, product descriptions, availability, shipping options, and other commercial information may be changed at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to:
refuse or cancel any order,
limit quantities,
correct pricing or product description errors,
and restrict purchases that appear abusive, fraudulent, or commercially unauthorized.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an order becomes final only after it has been accepted and processed by us.
A core feature of Pet Pass ID is the creation of a digital pet profile connected to a physical tag.
By purchasing and/or registering a Pet Pass ID product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
the information you choose to upload to the pet profile is submitted at your own responsibility,
the linked pet profile may be accessible to any person who scans the QR code, taps the NFC tag, or otherwise obtains access to the profile link,
some or all of the data you upload may therefore become visible to third parties,
and you are solely responsible for deciding which information you publish through the service.
This may include, depending on the profile setup, personal data such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, emergency notes, veterinary details, pet-related medical notes, or similar information.
You must only upload information that:
you are legally entitled to provide,
is accurate and up to date,
and you are willing to make accessible in connection with the pet’s digital profile.
If you upload personal data relating to another person, including a family member, veterinarian, emergency contact, or any other third party, you confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to do so.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from information you voluntarily make available through a tag profile, including but not limited to contact attempts, sharing of the profile link, screenshots, data visibility to unintended persons, or any consequences of outdated or incorrect information entered by you.
You agree to use the website, products, and services lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes,
impersonate another person,
upload false or misleading ownership, contact, or medical information,
interfere with the operation or security of the website,
attempt to access data or accounts without authorization,
copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the website or service infrastructure,
or use the service in a way that may harm us, other users, found pets, or third parties.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take further action where necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or our legal rights.
Pet Pass ID products are intended to assist with pet identification. They are not a substitute for responsible pet ownership, supervision, microchipping where applicable, secure collars or harnesses, or veterinary care.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
the tag is attached correctly,
the chosen product version is suitable for your pet and collar,
the stored information is accurate,
and the product is used in a normal and appropriate way.
For silicone collar-slide versions, the tag should only be used with compatible collars and without constant over-tension. If forced onto collars that are too wide or too thick, the material may remain stretched and may crack or tear over time. For best durability, the collar-slide silicone version should be used only with collars up to approximately 2.0 cm width und 0.5 cm thickness.
For hanging versions, wearing the tag directly next to another tag, especially a metal tag, may lead to rubbing, scratches, surface damage, or later functional issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
For products purchased directly from our website, the applicable statutory legal warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that already existed at the time of delivery and that prevent the product from functioning as intended under normal and proper use.
The statutory legal warranty does nicht cover damage or failure caused by external impact, wear and tear, or improper use, including for example:
chewing or bite damage,
snagging on fences, bushes, branches, chains, or during rough play,
cracks, breakage, or deformation caused by pulling, impact, or force,
scratches, abrasion, or normal signs of use,
damage caused by contact with another tag,
water or moisture damage following external damage,
incorrect attachment,
use with non-compatible collars or accessories,
loss of the tag,
misuse,
or any modification.
If you purchased your product from a reseller, partner store, veterinary clinic, pet shop, or another third party, that seller is your contractual partner for warranty and consumer claims, and you must contact that seller first.
For direct purchases from our website, we may request proof of purchase, photos, and further details before assessing a claim.
In addition, for direct webshop purchases only, we may offer a voluntary 60-day goodwill replacement discount for certain damaged or unusable tags even where the case is not covered by statutory legal warranty. This goodwill option:
is usually limited to one replacement opportunity related to the affected purchase,
may require photo proof,
may require return of the damaged tag in some cases,
and does not replace or reduce any statutory rights.
The detailed Warranty Policy published on the website forms an integral part of these Terms.
If and to the extent mandatory consumer withdrawal or return rights apply under the law governing the transaction, those rights remain unaffected.
Because Pet Pass ID products may be linked to individualized registration and personal profile setup, some products, services, or digital activations may be non-returnable or may become non-cancellable where permitted by applicable law, especially once a personalized or digitally activated service has begun.
If you have an order issue, delivery problem, or product complaint, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
We aim to keep the website and digital profile services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:
update, improve, or modify the platform,
change technical features,
suspend access for maintenance, security, or development,
or discontinue parts of the service.
We are not liable for temporary outages, technical interruptions, third-party infrastructure failures, compatibility problems, or events outside our reasonable control.
All content, branding, logos, designs, graphics, product concepts, website materials, software elements, databases, and related intellectual property associated with Pet Pass ID are owned by us or used under valid authorization.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, republish, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the website or service without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by law.
Your use of the website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, creating an account, or registering a tag, you acknowledge that we may process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You also acknowledge that profile data intentionally published through a tag profile may be visible to third parties as explained in these Terms.
The website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any guarantee that:
the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure,
scanning or NFC functionality will work on every device,
profile access will always be immediate,
or the service will prevent any loss, injury, theft, disappearance, or damage involving a pet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clickme Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or losses connected to a lost pet, delayed recovery, failure of third parties to act, or reliance on user-entered information.
Our liability shall never extend to damages caused by:
inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or voluntarily published user data,
misuse of the product,
external physical damage,
third-party acts or omissions,
internet or device failure,
or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clickme Kft., its owners, officers, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:
your breach of these Terms,
your misuse of the website or services,
your violation of any law or third-party right,
or your upload, publication, or use of personal data or content for which you did not have the necessary legal basis or permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, an account, or a tag profile at any time where we reasonably believe that:
these Terms have been violated,
the service is being misused,
false or harmful content has been uploaded,
legal compliance requires intervention,
or continued operation would expose us, users, or third parties to risk.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of your country of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective when published on the website, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the website, products, or services after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
